Effective November 1, 2020, ManagerPlus will no longer renew service agreements for the Small Business and Corporate Desktop solutions. As of November 1, 2021, ManagerPlus Desktop: Small Business and Corporate will officially be retired.

Why is ManagerPlus moving away from supporting these Desktop solutions?

We are dedicated to providing customers with the best asset management tools that can adapt and scale to the evolving business environment. By sunsetting our legacy on-premise product, we can focus efforts and resources on our premier, cloud-based solution, Lightning, to better deliver on that promise.

Action required for current ManagerPlus Small Business and Corporate Desktop customers

Important: To avoid a potential service interruption, please complete one of the following two steps.

Option 1: Select a new plan

We recommend our current Desktop customers move to Lightning Plus. This powerful, cloud-based enterprise asset management and maintenance solution includes more features and enhanced functionality, such as an improved interface and performance, work order planning board, and custom workflows and alerts.

Option 2: Renew your Desktop account

If your service agreement is current and expires before November 1, you have until Friday, October 30, 2020 to renew your Desktop service agreement to maintain access to the software for one year upon renewal. After that one-year period, we will no longer support legacy Small Business and Corporate Desktop agreements.

Note: If you elect not to renew your existing ManagerPlus Desktop agreement and do not select another ManagerPlus plan, your service will expire at the end of your current policy term or by no later than October 31, 2021.
