Effective August 1, 2020, ManagerPlus will no longer renew service agreements for the on-premise Pro solution. As of August 1, 2021, ManagerPlus Pro will officially be retired.
We are dedicated to providing customers with the best asset management tools that can adapt and scale to the evolving business environment. By sunsetting our legacy on-premise product, we can focus efforts and resources on our premier, cloud-based solution, Lightning, to better deliver on that promise.
Important: To avoid a potential service interruption, please complete one of the following two steps.
We recommend our current Pro customers move to Lightning Plus. This powerful, cloud-based enterprise asset management and maintenance solution includes more features and enhanced functionality, such as an improved interface and performance, work order planning board, and custom workflows and alerts.

If your service agreement is current and expires before August 1, you have until Friday, July 31, 2020 to renew your Pro service agreement to maintain access to the on-premise software for one year upon renewal. After that one-year period, we will no longer support legacy Pro agreements.
